  • Up to 10 color photographs on MLS and Assured Realty Solutions website. We upload your pictures for you!
  • Access to Wisconsin Real Estate forms (Offer to purchase, Counter offer, Property Condition report, Lead based paint disclosure, etc.)
  • “Open House” advertising on the Assured Realty Solutions website.
  • Options! You have the option to upgrade this limited service contact at any time during the duration of the contract to our traditional “Full Service” with you being given your initial investment of $350.00 in credit towards commissions at the time of closing. Yes….The “other” company doesn`t offer that one!!! List with confidence that you have options.
